| 摘 要： | 对于新型电子阅览室。必须进行科学管理，不断完善和深化信息服务。利用管理软件实现对人（管理员和读者）、财（收入和支出）、物（计算机设备）、资源（电子文献和Internet资源）等进行实时、方便、高效的管理。不仅要有普通的记录和统计等功能。还应按要求具有自动识别、分类管理等功能。

| Abstract: | For the new type of electronic reading room,scientific management is important, and it is also needed to improve continually and deepen information service.Utilizing software management can realize real-time,convenient and high efficiency management of persons(administrators and readers),funds(incomes and payouts),facilities(computer devices),and sources(electric documents and Internet) etc.This software not only has general functions of recording and statistics,but also has functions of automatic identification and category management. |
