鲢鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白肽抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:研究鲢鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白肽-SCSCP-的抗氧化活性. 依次采用截留分子量为5, 3, 1ku的超滤膜对鲢鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白肽进行分离分级,通过6种体外抗氧化指标评价各超滤组分抗氧化活性的强弱,分子量小于1ku的SCSCP-IV体外抗氧化活性最强-P<005- ;氨基酸组成分析表明,SCSCP-IV中总疏水性氨基酸和精氨酸含量均较高,推测可能与其较高的抗氧化活性有关;建立高脂动物模型,考察SCSCP-IV在大鼠体内的抗氧化作用,结果显示SCSCP-IV能显著提高大鼠血清中抗氧化酶超氧化物歧化酶与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力以及降低丙二醛含量-P<0 05- ,表明SCSCP-IV在大鼠体内具有较好的抗氧化作用;结果表明SCSCP在体外和体内均具有良好的抗氧化活性.

Abstract:Antioxidant activities of sliver carp scale collagen peptides -SCSCP- were investigated. SCSCP was separated by ultrafiltration using the Omega membranes with molecular weights cut-off of 5, 3, and 1ku. Antioxidant activities of ultrafiltration fractions were evaluated using six in vitro methods. The results showed that the fraction with molecular weight less than 1 ku -SCSCP-IV- had the significantly - P <0 05- highest antioxidant activities. The SCSCP-IV fraction had higher hydrophobic amino acids and arginine contents, which might be contributed to the higher antioxidant activities. Meanwhile, the SCSCP-IV fraction could significantly - P<0 05- increase the activities of serum antioxidant enzymes SOD and GSH-Px and decrease the MDA content. The results showed the SCSCP-IV fraction had both in vitro and in vivo antioxidant activities.
