我国制造业创新能力现状、问题与建设思路

增强创新能力是我国从制造大国转向制造强国的关键，世界主要制造强国非常重视提升其制造业创新能力。本文首先分析我国制造业创新能力发展现状，包括创新活动、创新条件、创新主体、创新环境等方面，梳理制造业创新能力存在的主要问题，最后提出我国制造业创新能力建设总体思路，包括提升制造业创新效率和效益，行业创新基础能力，行业系统配套能力，制造业信息化水平方面。

Development, Issue and the Path for Building of Innovation Capacity in Chinese Manufacturing Industry

To enhance innovation capacity is the key to achieve the transformation from a big manufacturing China to a strong manufacturing China. Major manufacturing countries in the world pay much attention to promote innovation capacity of their manufacturing. Firstly, the paper analyses the development of innovation capacity of Chinese Manufacturing (CM), including innovation activities, platform, subject and environment. Secondly, it puts forward some main problems in innovation capacity of CM. Finally, it gives the way for capacity-building of CM innovation, concerning promoting manufacturing innovation efficiency and profit, innovation fundamental capacity, key complementary capacity and informationalization level.
