月季与冬青卫矛扦插再生机理的比较研究

报导了月季（Rosechinensisjacq）和冬青卫矛（EuonymusjaponicusThunb）扦插再生过程及其机理．比较发现，两者再生存有较大差别：月季为愈伤组织生根型；冬青卫矛为潜伏根原基生根型．同时本文总结了月季和冬青卫矛大批量扦插繁殖的成功方法，为生产实践提供了可靠的依据．

THE COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE MECHANISM OF CUTTAGED REGENERATION OF ROSA CHINENSIS AND EUONYMVS JAPONICUS

In this Paper,it was reported that the process and mechanism of cuttage regenera-tion of Rosa chinensis Jacq and Euonymus japonicus Thunb. The comparative studyshowed that there is a great deal of difference between the regenerated mechanism ofthese two plants. The rhizogensis of Rosa chinensis Jacq is that a world of callus formedfirst on the cut then the original roots were differentiatide on the callus and origical rootswere differentiatide on the callus and grew up roots further. But the toots of Euongmusjaponicus Thunb. were from latent original roots existed inter the cutting. and only littlecallus was formed on the cut.
