| Abstract: | With an survey of the present situation of the teaching supervision team in higher vocational colleges, many existing problems are detected and listed in the paper. Through the analysis on these problems, the paper puts forward some pertinent in the aspects of building and strengthening a teaching supervision team with reasonable structure and including both full-time and part-time members and perfecting the teaching supervision mechanism. |
