| 摘 要： | 目的 建立一种反相高效液相色谱法测定藏药君扎排毒养颜胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚含量的方法。方法 用C18ODS柱，以甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液(85：15)为流动相，检测波长254mm。结果 平均回收率大黄素99．07％(RSD=1．16％，n=4)；大黄酚99．26％(RSD=1．23％，n=4)。结论：该方法简便、快捷、准确。

| Abstract: | Objective A RP-HPLC method waestablished for the determination of emodin and chrysopanol in Junzha Paidu Yangyan Capsule.Methods The C_(18) colum was used.The detection wavelength was at 254nm.Resuls The average recoveries were 99.07%(RSD=1.16%,n=4) for emodin and 99.26%(RSD=1.23,n=4) for chrysopanol respectively.Conclusion The method was simple,rapid and accurate. |
