| 摘 要： | 本文采用随机区组和拉丁方设计，研究山苦茶醇提物对动物小肠和胆囊平滑肌的作用，结果表明：山苦茶醇提物乳剂，对小白鼠小肠推进运动有明显的抑制作用和促进胆囊排空作用，对乙酰胆碱（Ａｃｈ）、组胺、５－羟色胺（５－ＨＴ）兴奋的豚鼠离体回肠和被５－ＨＴ兴奋的豚鼠离体胆囊也均有明显的抑制作用．

| Abstract: | The effects of Mallotus furetianus alcohol -extracted product on smooth muscle ofintestine and gallbladder in animals have been investigated by randomized blocks and Latinsquares designs. The results showed that the preduct exerted a marked inhibitory effect on thepropellant movement of small intestine in mice and a significant action of promoting the bileevacuation from the mice gallblauder. It also inhibited the contraction of isolated ileum induced byacetylcholine, histamine and serotine in guinea pigs. Besides, the gallbladder contractionstimulated by serotonin was significantly suppressed by the product in guinea pigs. |
