筋膜内子宫切除术60例分析

传统的腹式子宫切除术后患者常有阴道流血、残端肉芽、性生活满意度降低等并发症,宫颈周围粘连者更增加了手术难度及并发症的发生,笔者自1998年7月至今施行筋膜内子宫切除术60例,与同期传统的腹式子宫切除术60例相比,结果提示:采用筋膜内子宫切除术具有方法简便、术中出血少、手术时间短、术后并发症少等优点.

Analysis on 60 Cases of the Removal of the Utero inside the Fascia

After the traditional gastrehysterectomy, the patients have many complications such as the colorrhagia,the granulation of the cerrical stump and the unsatisfying sexual life. In addition the adhesion around the uterine neck will add the difficutly of the operations and cause the occu-rance of some complications. Sixty cases of hysterectomy inside the fascia from 1998 to now are taken for example here. Compared with the sixty cases of the traditional gastrehysterectomy, the result shows that this operation has the following advantages,for example,small amount of bleed-ing during the operation, short period of the operation, and little complications.
