| Abstract: | Democratic management is an essential requirement for the administration of modern schools and an indispensable guarantee that schools are administrated by laws,democracy and virtues.Principals are the top-level core of decision-making in schools,therefore to some extend their role determines the level and efficiency of school manngement.Both the modern theory and the practice of school administration inspire us to reinterpret and understand the role of principals. |
