| Abstract: | The CT manifestations of 142 normal maxillary sinuses and 74 abnormal maxillary sinuses (cyst 16,polyp 13.malignant tumor 41 and malignant granuloma 4) were observed.If the sinus walls were extensively destroyed,the anterior or posterior fat pat and adjacent structures were involved by soft tissue mass,the lesion was probably malignant.CT scanning is very useful for diagnosis of malignant tumors of the maxillary sinus at TNM stage. |
