摘    要:通过体外、体内中毒性心肌炎模型,研究了虎杖蒽醌化合物对阿霉素(ADM)所致的心肌细胞损伤的治疗及保护作用,观察了受损心肌病理结构及心肌酶谱的变化.结果表明:与模型组比较,虎杖蒽醌化合物组血清心肌酶活性显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);光镜观察结果表明,虎杖蒽醌化合物各剂量组心肌损害情况基本恢复正常,明显强于模型组.显示虎杖蒽醌化合物对ADM所致的心肌细胞损伤具有一定的治疗及保护作用.

Abstract:Made in vivo and in vitro toxic myocarditis models.Observe the efect of giant knotweed rhizome anthraquinone on the hurt cardiac muscle of histopathology and the cardiac zymogramsucking.To observe the protective effect and mechanism of giant knotweed rhizome anthraquinone on adriamycin-induced cardiotoxicity.Compare with the model group,the serum cardiac enzyme of giant knotweed rhizome anthraquinone guoup was a marked decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the microspectroscope results indicated the cardiac muscls of all giant knotweed rhizome anthraquinone guoup were returned to essentially normal,giant knotweed rhizome anthraquinone have therapeutic effect on adriamycin-induced cardiotoxicity.
