基于探测器法的光辐射源光谱辐射照度检测

摘    要:黑体辐射器法和辐射探测器法是目前检测光辐射源光谱辐照度的常用方法,由于其检测系统庞大、操作要求高,从而限制了光辐射技术在工程应用中的发展。为此,提出采用探测器进行量值传递标定光辐射源光谱辐照度的方法。以黑体辐射理论为基础,采用辐照度测量方法标定P3207型红外探测器,并利用该探测器检测由PY12-20型卤钨灯构成的光辐射源。实验搭建了由光辐射源、快门及光阑组件和探测器组件组成的光辐射源测量装置。

Abstract:Illumination of the source is measured with the black body and detector..They are usual methods.Radiation Technology is restricted in applying to the project because two methods' Complicated detecting system.The illumination of source is calibrated by the detector as the transmission has been introduced.Based on the black body's theory,P3207 infrared detector has been calibrated with the measurement of the illumination.The detector examines the source composed with PY12-20.The experiment builds the configurations for measuring the illumination of the source consisted of the source,shutter,aperture module and detector.
