摘    要:在作者提出的一种具有高泛化性能的 RBF神经网络的基础上提出了一种对高技术项目投资的评估决策模型 .在对所提出的网络学习算法作了简介后 ,研究了对投资项目评估的影响因素以及它们在神经网络模型中的表示模式 ,然后给出了具有层次结构的用于高技术项目投资的评估决策模型 ,仿真和实例表明了模型的有效性.

Abstract:Based on a radial basis function neural network with high generalization performance we present an evaluation and decision making model with hierarchical structure for the investment of high technique projects. After briefly introducing the learning algorithm of the proposed network we investigate the influential factors on evaluation of the investment of projects and their representation patterns in the network, and give the evaluation and decision making model. Example and simulation demonstrate the effectiveness of the model.
