T12钢丝锥的淬火裂纹分析及热处理工艺优化

摘    要:丝锥是一种常用的钳工工具,经淬火后容易出现淬火裂纹,而导致工具报废.本文主要针对T12钢丝锥的淬火裂纹进行研究,通过研究其热处理工艺、显微组织,找出其淬火裂纹产生的主要原因及其扩展规律,并对其热处理工艺加以改进.试验研究表明,通过优化T12钢丝锥的热处理工艺,合理选择热处理工艺参数,可以有效地减少或消除其淬火裂纹的出现.

Abstract:As commonly used tools, screw taps are prone to quenching cracks which can result in scrapping after quenching. This paper mainly focuses on the study of identifying the main reasons and propagation rules of the quenching cracks in T12 screw taps by studying the microscopic structures and original heat treatment process, and improving it. Experimental studies have shown that quenching cracks in T12 screw taps can be reduced and even eliminated effectively by optimizing the heat treatment process and choosing the parameters reasonablely.
