基于模糊自整定PI的异步电机变频调速系统设计

摘    要:随着工业控制对象的复杂程度不断加深,特别是遇到系统的规模庞大,结构复杂,变量众多,加之参数随机多变,参数间又存在强耦合或系统存在大滞后,在这些情况下,传统PI控制不能满足系统对性能的要求.本文在建立三相异步电机数学模型和传统的转速PI调节器的基础上,提出一种基于模糊自整定PI转速调节器,并利用MATLAB仿真软件进行了建模和仿真,逆变器由SVPWM控制,仿真结果表明基于模糊自整定PI的控制比传统PI在转速效应方面有较好的控制效果.

Abstract:With the complexity of the industrial control object deepening, especially large-scale systems encounted,complex structure, many variables, random parameters varied, a strong coupling between the parameters and large lag of system,it is found that convential PI control does not meet the performance requirement. Based on the establishment of a three-phase induction motor mathematical model,the speed PI controller is proposed on the basis of PI-fuzzy self-tuning. Modeling and simulating are done by the MAT- LAB software and the inverter is controlled by SVPWM. Results show the PI-fuzzy self-tuning has more improved performance than conventional PI.
