7715D高温钛合金的电子束焊接

摘    要:采用电子束焊接方法研究了7715D高温钛合金的焊接性能。焊接结果表明:焊接接头成形良好,焊接接头抗拉强度达到983MPa,断口部位位于热影响区;焊缝和靠近焊缝的热影响区的显微组织均为典型的网篮状,母材显微组织为块状初生α相和β转变组织构成的双态组织。

Electron Beam Welding of 7715D High Temperature Titanium Alloy

Abstract:The electron beam welding (EBW) properties of 7715D high temperature titanium alloy was investigated in this paper. The results of experimental works showed that the welded joint is smooth and has a tensile strength of joint of 983 MPa. It was found, however that the fracture is located in the heat affecting zone (HAZ). The microstructure of the welded joint and HAZ is the typcial basket-waved grain. The base metal has a bimodel mierostructure consisted by α and β phases.
