| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化和信息技术的进步,企业的经营环境发生了很大变化,咨询需求日益增多.咨询业也需要顺应市场发展的趋势,提出新的咨询模式.在线咨询模式虽然有其局限性,不能代替所有的传统咨询业务,但是它有着传统咨询方式不可比拟的优势.文章从在线咨询模式面临的问题、市场前景、优势和特点以及实施方法方面进行了探讨,并对今后的研究方向做出展望.

| Abstract: | The business environment in which corporations have been competing has undertaken a sharp change due to the globalization of economy and fast development of information technology,and the demand for consulting is increasing. In response to the development of the consulting market,a new consulting mode,the online consulting mode,is on the horizon. Although online consulting can not totally replace the traditional mode, it has obvious superiority. The current problems, market prospect,characteristics and advantages of the online consulting mode as well as the implementation methods of the new mode are discussed in this paper. The further research directions are also pointed out. |
