成败归因理论及其对学生成就动机培养的启示

摘    要:成就动机的水平决定着个体的发展,而归因直接影响着个体的情绪、期望和行为,进而影响个体的成就动机.因此,研究归因对于培养学生的成就动机水平有着十分重要的作用.主要分析了三种成败归因理论,并提出了对学生进行相应的成就动机培养的措施.

Abstract:The level of achievement motivation decides the development of the individual,and the attribution directly influences the motion,expectation and behavior of the individual,then influences the individual' achievement motivation.So research on attribution has a very important effect on the development of students' achievement motivation.This paper analyzes three kinds of success or failure theories,and then expounds the corresponding measures of training students' achievement motivation.
