| 摘 要： | 对高校设备数字化管理的需求深入分析，提出了数字化管理实现的框架和构想。在数字化管理中，使用数字信封和数字签章技术，同时利用网络通讯使整个管理流程更加方便快捷，实现了无纸化，并且保证了数据的完整性和可靠性。

| Abstract: | This article makes a profound analysis for the need of quipment digitization management in the college,brings up the convention and conception of realizing digitization management.During the whole work,it uses the technology of digital envelops and digital seals,meanwhile makes the whole management procedure faster and more convenient through utilizing internet communication,realizes it without paper,moreover ensures the completeness and trustworthiness of data. |
