花生DNA导入大豆的后代POD SOD活性及其同工酶谱分析

摘    要:利用花粉管通道技术,将花生DNA导入大豆中,得到变异后代D3.取结荚期大豆、花生和D4的不同器官为测试材料,对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及同工酶特性进行了比较研究.结果表明,导入后代D4种皮的SOD、POD活性明显增高,种子活性降低;其同工酶在凝胶上的分布及染色活性均表现出与受体和供体不同的特征,有的酶带明显来自花生DNA.

Abstract:DNA in peanut was introduced into soybean by pollen tube canal techniqueand gained the changed descendant D3. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD)and peroxidase (POD) and the isozymes were researched in the different organs of soybean gronut and descendant D4 at pod-stage. The results showed that the activities ofSOD and POD in seed coat of descendant D. are much higher than that of its parents, butthe activities in the cotyledon are lower. The positions and activities of isozyme in D4 onthe polyaorylamide gel appears different pattern from that of in its parents, Someisozymes bands come from DNA in peanut.
