Abstract:This article puts forward a decision theorem that if a positive integer N k=p a 1 1p a 2 2...p a k k is an odd perfect number, then k (number of prime factors of N k) satisfies: 1)p i>q i,k>s 1; 2)p i=q i,s 21 2q 1q 2...q s 1 q s 1+1 (1+q 1)(1+q 2)...(1+q s 1 )(1+q s 1+1 )<1. s 2 is determined by 2(q 1-1)(q 2-1)...(q s 2 -1)q 1q 2...q s 2 >12(q 1-1)(q 2-1)...(q s 2 -1)(q s 2+1 -1)q 1q 2...q s 2 q s 2+1 <1. q 1,q 2,...,q i are adjacent prime numbers.
