试论文艺学的科学性

当前对文艺学学科本性的界定出现了一种片面强调人文性、否定科学性的理论倾向。这种将文艺学的科学性与人文性对立起来的文艺观,显然背离了文艺存在的本质。对于以揭示文学活动规律为目的文艺学而言,科学性才是它的根本属性。当然,对于作为人文社会科学一个门类的文艺学来说,它所具有的科学性应该是一种融合了人文精神的科学性。

On Scientific Features of Literature Criticism

At present, there appears a tendency of overstressing the human nature and opposing scientific characteristics in defining the features of literature criticism. Such view that put the scientific nature in conflict with the human nature has deviated from the essence of literature. Scientific nature is the fundamental nature of literature criticism which aims to disclose the rules of literature behaviors. Of course, as a branch of human social science, literature criticism shall have its scientific nature blend with some human spirit.
