| 摘 要： | 安全文化作为企业文化建设的一部分，越来越得到生产企业的重视，尤其对安全责任比较重大的煤炭行业，建立安全文化体系加强安全工作是提升安全管理的一条有效途径。本文从宣传教育、科技推广、法律制度、引进管理、体系建立阐述企业安全文化建设的途径。
