| 摘 要： | 随着国际经济交往日益频繁、知识产权保护制度的日益完善，企业只有具有持续的自主研究开发能力，拥有核心自主知识产权，才有可能在弱肉强食的恶劣竞争环境中屹立于不败之地。分析知识产权的分类、保护方式、管理体系，探讨企业知识产权保护体系建立的科学途径，建立一个完善的知识产权保护体系，促进和保护企业知识产权的健康发展。
