| 摘 要： | 在金融全球化的时代背景下，金融安全问题已日益突出。从各国金融和经济发展的战略高度，较深入地剖析经济一体化的原因、特征、金融全球化的主要表现和日增的国际金融风险，在此基础上进一步阐述了金融安全和金融发展的关系，并从战略的高度提出了构筑金融安全网的措施。

| Abstract: | The problems of financial security are increasingly critical against the current background of the financial globalization.From strategic views of financial and economic development,this thesis deeply analyzes the causes and features of economic globalization,main characters of financial globalization as well as increasingly international financial risks.On these basis,the author thoroughly demonstrates the relationship between financial security and financial development,and puts forth some strategic measures in policy of building financial security net. |
