| 摘 要： | 碳刷和滑环是发电机动静接触和交换能量的设备.是发电机励磁系统的重要组成部分.但是运行中由于很多原因,时常出现发热现象,严重危及发电机的安全运行.通过分析励磁碳刷滑环发热的产生、发展和引起碳刷、滑环发热的因素,并结合几年来的实践经验,总结出发热的处理方法及严重发热时实用可行的两种应急处理方法.进而针对性地提出了使其正常运行的维护方法和注意事项.

| Abstract: | Carbon brush and slip-ring are equipments for the generator dynamic-static contact and energy exchange.They are the important constituent of the excitation system.Due to many reasons in the running process,the phenomenon of heat emitting usually appears,it seriously endangers the generator safely running.Analyzing the generation,development and causes of carbon brush and slip-ring emitting heat,combining the practical experience of several years,this paper concluded two feasible emergency processing methods in the heat emitting,then pointedly proposed the maintaining and attention for the normal working. |
