城市公共交通发展问题及对策研究——以长春市为例

从运营车辆及线路、运营场所及公交配备设施、公共交通企业经营管理等方面论述了长春市公共交通现状,认为存在的主要问题是城市公交优先理念不强、公共交通运力不足、公交配套设施缺失、公交运营行业体制矛盾突出等。进而提出长春市未来应采取政策、意识、技术、规划先行的"公交优先"发展总体思路,加大宣传力度,树立公交先行的出行理念,全面提升配套设施层次,提高公共交通信息化水平,加快公交企业改革步伐。

Research on the Problems of City Public Transportation Development and the Countermeasures --Taking Changchun City as an Example

This paper introduces the situation of public traffic in Changchun City from public traffic vehicles and lines, operation places and public traffic facilities, operation and management of public transportation enterprises, considering that the main problems are the weak concept on puhlic transport priority, the shortage of transport capacity, the lacking of facilities and the serious contradictions in public transit industry system, etc. On this basis, it gives the overall development thought of “public traffic： priority” with policy, consciousness, technology and planning going ahead in the future, and Changchun City should enhance the propaganda, establish the idea of the public： transportation first, promote levels of public traffic facilities, improve informatization level of public traffic and speed up the reform pace of public transportation enterprises.
