摘    要:
多轴数控砂带磨削刀具轨迹优化是复杂曲面加工领域的难点之一.本文以复杂曲面多轴数控砂带模削刀具轨迹优化为对象,建立了以刀具效率、刀具路径长度和加工时间为目标的优化目标函数.通过分析砂带模削宽行和弹性加工特点对加工精度的影响,提出了考虑磨削过程中的刀具变形与砂带磨损,建立误差补偿机制,保持磨削量稳定的自适应优化算法模型,设计了算法步骤.

Abstract:
The multi-axial NC belt grinding cutter contact point optimization is one of difficulties in sculptured surface manufacture area.The objective function was proposed,which considered the cutter efficiency,path length and processing time.The error analysis were given,which considered those factor including wide-line processing,geometric characteristics of elasticitycutter,wear and tear of cutter in processing.A new adaptive algorithm was proposed,in which the tool path direction was decided by the min-curvature principle.
