摘    要:用异丙苯裂解反应考察了Ti-ZSM-5分子筛的催化活性,发现裂解活性与Ti-ZSM-5中Si/Ti有关,Ti进入分子筛骨架降低了积炭活性,但焦炭的生成并不影响稳态活性,表明炭主要沉积在催化剂的外表面上。

Abstract:The ZSM-5 was treated with titanium tetrachloride (g) at a high temperature. The product named Ti-ZSM-5 zeolite was analysed by XPS, ESR and so on. The results indicated that Ti entered the framework of the molecular sieve. The cracking of cumene on Ti-ZSM-5 and ZSM-5 was measured. Cracking activities were found to be dependent on the Si/Ti ratio in the zeolite. The introduction of titanium into the framework of ZSM-5 lowered coke activity. Coke formation did not affect the steady activity. All of these show that coke is probably deposited essentially on the outer-surface.
