胎儿脐动脉血流的超声多普勒监测

总结了５４２例孕３３￣４４周孕妇的胎儿脐动脉血流速度波型图的Ｓ／Ｄ值，并对分娩后新生儿体重、有否脐带缠绕及胎儿宫内窘迫等进行比较。结果：１５５例正常足月妊娠产妇其Ｓ／Ｄ值〈３．０。２５例Ｓ／Ｄ值≥３．０均为高危妊娠。Ｓ／Ｄ值异常对胎儿宫内发育迟缓（ＩＵＧＲ）的阳性预测率为３２．０％；对胎儿宫内窘迫的阳性预测率为６８．０％，而脐带缠绕其Ｓ／Ｄ值则在正常或偏低范围。资料显示胎儿脐动脉血流速度波型图

Echo-Doppler Detection of Umbilical Artery Blood Flow

S/D ratio of the umbilical artery waveform of 524 patients with gestational ages of 33 to 44 weeks were evaluated and body weight of newborn babies compared, the circumstancessuch as cord around neck and fetal distress for different S/D ratioes observed. The results showed that S/D ratio of normal term pregnancy in 155 patients studied were smaller than 3.0.However, 25 patients with their S/D ratio higher or equalto 3.0 were high-risk pregnancies. Positive prediction rates of IUGR and fetal distress were 32.0%,68% respectively. S/D ratio of the patients with cord around neck are mostly on the normal level or a little lower. It is concluded that S/D ratio has important significance in the prediction of IUGR and fetal distress.
