泥浆缓蚀剂HZ-1的研究

摘    要:通过采用胺类和卤代烷反应 ,合成出在盐水及泥浆介质中具有较好缓蚀效果的缓蚀剂 HZ- 1 .分别从溶剂、反应物配比、浓度、p H值等影响因素对缓蚀效率进行了研究 .在这些影响因素中 ,反应物配比的影响最大 ,通过实验确定了 HZ- 1的最佳合成条件和合理的基团结构 .该缓蚀剂对泥浆的流变性影响小 ,克服了目前胺类缓蚀剂在泥浆体系使用中使泥浆粘度增稠及流变性变差、失水增大的缺点 .实验仅对缓蚀剂单独存在时的缓蚀效果进行研究 ,并未考查其它添加剂 (如除氧剂 )存在时的影响 .实验表明该缓蚀剂具有较好的缓蚀效果 ,在泥浆中当其质量分数为 0 .0 4 %时 ,缓蚀速度为 0 .0 6mm/ a

Abstract:Inhibitor HZ 1 was synthesized by the reaction of amine and alkylogen. It has a well corr-osion inhibiting efficiency in salt water or mud. The effects of solvent, reactant ratio, temperature and pH value on its synthesis and corrosion inhibiting efficiency are studied, and of these factors, reactant ratio has greatest effect. The optimum synthetic condition and reasonable group structure of HZ 1 inhibitor are determined by experiments. The inhibitor has little effect on the rheological property of mud. It over comes the shortcomings of amine inhibitors that make the viscosity and water loss of mud increase and make the rheological property of it bad. The experiments only illustrate the corrosion inhibiting efficiency of the inhibitor when there are not other additives. The corrosion inhibiting rate of it is 0.06 mm/a when its mass content in mud is 0.04%.
