摘    要:用不同浓度的Ca(NO_3)_2对小麦和玉米种子进行预处理后,播于铺有湿润滤纸的培养皿中,对幼苗进行各项指标的测定。结果表明,Ca(NO_3)_2预处理后的幼苗长得壮实、较矮,在盐清条件下,随着Ca(NO_3)_2浓度的增加,叶片干枯数(或发黄数)减少,根、茎、叶中的氨基酸含量先降后升,电导度值下降。

Abstract:Seedlings of Triticum aestivum and Zea mays L were pre-treated with different concentrations of Ca(NO3)2 and were sowed in culture utensil with moistened filter paper, and many indices of seedlings were measured after some days. The results showed that pretreated seedlings growed stronger and shorter. Under saline conditions, there were a decrease in the number of withered leaf (or yellowed leaf), a drop in conductivity value and a fall-then-rise in the content of amino acid in root, shoot and left.
