摘    要:为实现水泵运行节能和有消防保障的恒压供水,分析了水泵调速系统的节能原理.以PLC、变频器和3台主泵为核心,设计出供水控制系统结构及相应软件.介绍了调试中的关键经验.该系统开发周期仅为两周,水压波动小于0.01MPa,调节时间不大于10s,且节能效果明显.其设计思路和接口技术可为同类供水系统的技改提供借鉴.

Abstract:In order to save energy in the operation of pumps and ensure water s upply with constant pressure and its use for fire control, the operating princip le of pump in VVVF system was analyzed. The system structure was designed with P LC, VVVF and three main pumps as core. Some debugging experiences were introduce d. The developing period of control system only expends 2 weeks. The ripple of w ater pressure is less than 0.01 MPa and the regulative period is less than 10 s. This system are of obvious effect in saving energy and its idea for design, int erface technique may be used as reference for technique reform in analogous wate r supply system.
