中国鹀属9种鸟类数量细胞分类学研究初探

摘    要:采用数量分类学技术对我国Wu属9种鸟类的核型进行了比较研究。所研究的种类包括Emberiza cioides,E.spodocephala,E.chrysophrys,E.rutila,E.elegans,E.aureola,E.pusill,E.rustica,E.schoeniclus.在聚类分析中,该类群明显地分成了2组,第1组包括E.rustica和E.schoeniclus,其余7种构成第2组。分析结果表明,物种形成已在染色体水平上发生,染色体变异与地理变异基本一致。在数量细胞分类数据的基础上,尝试重建了Wu属鸟类的系统发育树,探讨了该属鸟类的核型进化趋势。

Abstract:Comparative studies of karyotypes in buntings from China are carried out using the numerical taxonomy techniques. Taxa studied are as follows: Emberiza cioides, E. spodocephala, E. chrysophrys, E. rutila, E. elegans, E. aureola, E. pusill, E. rustica, E. schoeniclus. Within the taxa, two groups are evident in cluster analysis. The group one includes E. rustica and E. schoeniclus; the second group includes E. cioides, E. spodocephala, E. chrysophrys, E. rutila, E. elegans, E. aureola and E. pusill. The results show that variation in speciation was taken place at chromosomal level, and karyotype variations is largely paralleled with the geographical ones. Phylogeny of the Emberiza is assessed on the basis of numerical cytotaxonomical data, and the trend in the evolution of karyotypes in Emberiza is also discussed.
