射频功放在CDMA信号激励下的性能分析

摘    要:采用时域复包络法,根据功放的实测AM-AM和AM-PM特性,并应用带通非线性理论和数字信号处理技术,分析和计算了CDMA信号激励下的射频功率放大器非线性失真特性,证明了功放非线性失真对发射信号的恶化影响。

Abstract:A rigorous approach of complex envelop on time domain was used to analyze RF power amplifier with the nonlinear distortion characteristics excited by CDMA signal and demonstrate the degradation of transmitted signal performance with the nonlinear characteristics in this paper.
