| 摘 要： | 改革开放后，农民工大量外流，且有增长的趋势，但农民工的政治参与却呈现边缘化和非制度化的特征，同时，农民工的大量外流也深深影响着其在流出地的政治参与。我们应正视这一现实，整合动力，突破阻碍，构筑平台，走出农民工在流出地的政治参与困境，推动农民工在流出地有序、有效、合法的政治参与。
