摘    要:为满足激光电视中小体积高功率密度半导体激光电源的要求,综合采用脉冲宽度调制(PWM)反馈技术和比例-积分-微分(PID)反馈技术,设计了适用于激光电视的半导体激光电源. 该电源具备高转换效率、体积小的优点,电源获得了0.5%的输出纹波和0.19%(24 h)的稳定性系数,实现电源在高速调制状态下工作. 实验表明,采用该种技术研制的电源具备了所期望的多种技术优势,满足激光电视的要求.

Abstract:To meet the requirements of small volume and high transfer efficiency of LD power supply for laser television, a new LD power supply was designed by using PWM (pulse width modulation) feedback and PID (proportion integration differentiation) feedback technology. Experimental results indicate that the new power supply has 0.5% current ripples and 0.19% (24 hours) coefficient of stability. It also could work well under high speed PWM. The new LD power supply using feedback technologies can not only meet the requirements of laser television, but also have many kinds of expected technical merits.
