摘    要:目前人才已经成为比品牌更有价值的资源,如何吸引人才、留住人才已经成为组织管理工作的重心,人力资源管理倍受组织领导者的重视。但尽管如此,人才流失仍然是令组织最为头疼的问题。以人才流失博弈模型构建为基础,分析了导致人才流失的根本性因素,以期降低组织的人才流失率。

Abstract:At present, the talent has become the more valuable resource than the brand, and how to attract and keep the talents has become the key point of the managerial work of the organizations, the leaders of the organizations pay great attention to the management of the human resources. But the talents outflow is still the problem that makes the organization headachy. Based on the construction of the gaming model the talents outflow as the foundation, this paper analyzes the basic factors causing the talents outflow for the purpose of reducing the ration of the talents outflow in an organization.
