| 摘 要： | 利用可视化技术对同向双螺杆挤出熔过程做了观察，就较大加料量加工结晶型粒料的情况建立了非啮合区熔融模型，并进行了实验验证。给出了计算结果与实验数据，对模型建立中的一些问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | With the help of visualized twin screw technology, melting model in screw zone for crystal polymer pellets with higher feeding ratio is established, both physically and mathematically. An experiment is conducted to verify the model. This paper also gives calculating results, experiment data and discussion about the model. |
