| 摘 要： | 对国内五个省患呼吸系统和肾脏系统疾病的肉鸡和蛋鸡19份样品进行了IBV分离和鉴定,结果表明RNZ与M41同型.HV、NB-90、TJ株与美国G株和澳大利亚T株血清型相同,证明国内存在不同的IBV血清型株.

| Abstract: | Nineteen samples of infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) were isolated from broilers and layers suffered from diseases of respiratory and nephritic systems in five provinces of China. The results showed that RNZ and M41 were of the same serotype;three strains(HV, NB-90 and TJ) were similar to both Gray and T strains; whereas TJ shared some similarity with the T strain,which proved that antigenically different strains of IBV are present in China. |
