星型内插件高温换热管强化传热研究

摘    要:采用实验的方法对星型内插件高温换热管强化传热进行了探讨和研究。对不同翅片内插件高温换热管辐射传热对整体换热系数的影响进行了讨论。结果表明:随着管壁平均温度的增加或翅片数的增多,内插件强化管总体对流技热系数增大,辐射热影响程度增加。若允许摩擦阻力系数增加一倍强,就可使总的对流换热系数较先管提高50%。

Abstract:An experimental investigation was made for circular tubes with straight fin star-shaped inserts in high temperature heat transfer enhancement. With each insert,friction factor characteristics and the effect of radiant heat transfer enhancement to overall heart transfer coefficients are analysed. We plotted the curves of overall heat transfer coefficients via average wall temperature for variable fin numbers and mass flow rates.Experimental results are presented: With the increasing average wall temperiture or fin numbers. overall heat transfer coefficents were promoted, the effect of thermal radiation inluence becomes great.
