| 摘 要： | 本文在不用约束规格和不假设容许集有界的条件下,对一般的线性二级规划模型讨论了解的最优性条件和基本性质,所得结果大大推进了Bard等人的工作,其中解的最优性充要条件是首次提出来的。

| Abstract: | Many decision making situations involve two planners withdifferent,and sometimes conflicting,objective functions.One type ofmodel that has been suggested represent such situations is the linear bi-level programming problem. However,it appears that theoretical and al-gorithmic results for linear bilevel progpamming have beem limited,todate,to the bounded and the case when a constraint qualification is satis-fied,In this paper,We investigate the structure and properties of a li-near bilevel programming problem that may be unbounded and withoutthe constraint qualifications.We also give necessary and sufficient condi-tions for the problem. |
