摘    要:在弱物体近似下分析了OCT系统图像形成机理.研究表明,OCT系统相当于一复振幅线性平移不变系统,其横向相干传递函数具有低通特性,纵向相干传递函数具有带通特性.因此,系统测量的横向图像反映了样品内部横向结构的低频信息,纵深图像为内部纵深结构的高频信息.

Abstract:The image forming mechanism in an optic coherence tomography (OCT) system is discussed under the condition of weak object approximation. The OCT system behaves just like a linear shift invariance system with complex amplitude. The transverse coherence transfer function (CTF) is characterized by lowpass while the longitudinal CTF, by bandpass. So the transverse image measured represents the low spectra information of the internal transverse structure of a sample and the longitudinal image represents the high spectra information of the internal longitudinal structure.
