摘    要:提出了一种利用积分球反射法的脉冲加热技术测量材料热物性的方法,在此基础上研制了脉冲加热瞬态热物性测量装置,给出了利用该装置测量的铌在632.8nm波长下法向光谱发射率随温度的变化曲线,并进行了讨论。结果表明,所研制的装置能同时测量带状试样的比热、电阻率、全波长半球发射率及法向光谱发射率,具有试样制备简单、测试精度高等优点。

Abstract:A pulse method for the direct measurement of the normal spectral emissivity of electrical conductors in the form of strips was described. The normal spectral emissivity of the specimen was measured by integrating sphere reflectometry developed at HIT. At the same time, the radiance temperature was measured by high speed pyrometer from 1 100 K to the melting point. The heat capacity, electrical resistivity, total hemispherical emissivity and spectral emissivity of the specimen can be measured by using this apparatus for some materials. The preliminary results of the normal spectral emissivity of niobium at 632.8 nm in a wide temperature range were presented and discussed.
