| 摘 要： | 以精巢为材料，以气干法制片、Ｇｉｅｍｓａ染色对东方扁虾的染色体进行了研究，结果表明，东方扁虾染色体数是ｎ＝１２４，２ｎ＝２４８。还对东方扁虾精原细胞的核型进行了初步的分析，未能发现异形的性染色体。

| Abstract: | The chromosome of the squat lobster, T. orientalis, was studies in preparation of testis, obtained by airdry method. The chromosome number forT. orientalis is 2n=248, n=124. The karyotype from mitotic metaphase of spermatogonium in the squat lobster was analysed preliminarily. No sexchromosome of heteromorphism was observed. |
