| 摘 要： | 政府的战略性贸易政策不仅对产业的国际竞争力有着十分重要的影响，而且对比较优势的动态发展有着深远的意义。面对世界各国在高技术产业日益激烈的竞争态势。中国有必要在高技术产业实施战略性贸易政策，从进口保护、出口补贴和相关国内政策三方面着手，通过科学安排各种政策措施，为我国高技术产业的发展创造良好的内外环境。

| Abstract: | Goverment's strategic trade policy not only has the extremely important influence on the international competition ability of industry,but also has the profound significance to the dynamic development of comparison advantage.In the face of the increasing international competition in high-tech industry,China needs to implement strategic trade policy in high-tech industry.By the scientific organization of various policy measures such as import protection,export subsidies and domestic policies,we may create a good internal and external environment for the development of Chinese high-tech indusrty. |
