| Abstract: | This paper expounds that the technical innovation has many things to do with the consumption, the variation of the consumption will guide the developing direction of the technical innovation, only through strengthening the green consumption consciousness of the consumers, enlarge the green consumption market and establish and perfect the regulation of the green market, can the technical innovation be guided to go on the eco-road. |
