摘    要:链轮传动系统是刮板输送机最关键的系统之一。为了改善刮板输送机链轮传动系统的动力学性能,提高整台刮板输送机的运输性能,对刮板输送机链轮传动系统的动力学进行研究。以大功率刮板输送机为研究对象,通过有限元法离散化分析在不同运行状态下刮板输送机链轮系统动力学。首先离散化刮板输送机链轮,将其划分为若干不同单元,构建链轮传动系统的有限元方程。分别得到机头、机尾链轮的驱动转矩、链条的预紧力及链环和链轮啮合的动力学方程。对大功率刮板输送机链轮传动系统在不同状态下(起/制动、恒速运行和异常载荷状态下)的动力学特性进行研究,获取其机头、机尾等的变化情况,为链轮传动系统的优化提供依据。

Abstract:Sprocket drive system is one of the most critical system of scraper conveyor, in order to improve the dynamic performance of the scraper conveyor chain drive system, improve the transportation performance of a scraper conveyor, to study the dynamics of the scraper conveyor chain drive system. The high-power scraper conveyor as research object, through the method of finite element discretization analysis under different operating conditions of scraper conveyor sprocket system dynamics, the first discrete scraper conveyor chain, it will be divided into several different units, the finite element equation to construct the sprockettransmission system, head and tail are sprocket and chain drive torque pretightening force, dynamic equation and chain and sprocket. The high-power scraper conveyor chain drive system in the different conditions (start / brake, constant speed operation and abnormal load state) to study the kinetic characteristics of the changes get its head and tail etc., provide the basis for the optimization of gear transmission system.0
