摘    要:针对直臂克令吊日常工作时进行复合运动,考虑冲击载荷对吊机引起的动力响应变化及各类振源对吊机结构引起的共振,对吊机的稳定运行产生影响,因此在结构设计过程中,有必要对其动态特性进行分析。建立最大起重量为15 t的克令吊三维模型,利用有限元分析软件Abaqus进行分析求解,得到动力响应结果对吊机结构产生的影响,对比计算模态与试验模态的结果,确定影响结构的固有频率、振型,验证分析的准确性。对有无肋板的模型进行模态分析,得到增加肋板不仅确保吊机的结构强度和刚度,同时有效地提高了结构的固有频率。通过本文分析,为完善该克令吊的设计提供可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:Aiming at complex motion for straight arm crane in daily work. The dynamic response of the crane caused by the impact load and the resonance caused by various vibration sources to the crane structure. It will affect the stable operation of the crane, so it is necessary to analyze its dynamic characteristics in the process of structural design. Established 3D model for the crane with the maximum lifting weight of 15t. Using the finite element analysis software Abaqus to analysis the problem, and getting the result of dynamic response of crane on structure. Compared with the results of calculation mode and test mode, to determine the effects of the natural frequency and mode shape of the structure. Verify the accuracy of the analysis. Modal analysis the model with or without the stiffened plate. It obtain to increased floor not only ensure the crane structure strength and stiffness but also effectively improve the natural frequency of the structure. Through the analysis of this paper, to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the design of the crane.
