| 摘 要： | GJB242规定发动机应在三种大气条件下进行环境结冰试验,采用结冰条件模拟设备可以模拟出合适的结冰气象条件。本文详细介绍了某涡轴发动机模拟环境结冰试验设备的组成和功能,并对试验设备进行了调试。在多种环境温度下调节供水压力和供气压力测量水雾参数,从而得到试验需要的液态水含量和平均水滴直径,同时采用格栅验证水雾均匀性,调试结果表明该设备可以满足发动机模拟环境结冰试验要求,具有一定的工程实用价值。

| Abstract: | Environment icing simulation test should be carried out on an aeroengine according to GJB242. Icing simulation device can simulate accurate icing weather condition. An icing simulation device including its compose and function is detailed introduced and debugged is carried on in this paper. LWC and MVD is measured to get the accurate parameter by adjusting pressure of water and air at different ambient temperature. Meanwhile the uniformity of icing is validated by grid. The debug result indicates that the icing simulation device can accomplish test and have some practical values. |
